In a retrospective review of 153 cases of PRK or LASIK by 20 different residents using the VISX Star S4 platform, a UDVA of 20/20 or better was achieved in 95% of PRK eyes and 78% of LASIK eyes. One eye lost 2 lines of CDVA after LASIK.
