In a series of 19 eyes with keratoconus and 19 normal paired eyes, the corneal hysteresis and corneal resistance factor as measured by the Ocular Response Analyzer were insufficient to distinguish between the two groups, although both variables were statistically lower in the keratoconus eyes.
